California Academy of Sciences
Life-changing moments. World-changing science. The California Academy of Sciences is an aquarium, planetarium, rainforest, and natural history museum in the heart of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. A powerful voice for biodiversity research and exploration, environmental education, and sustainability across the globe. Chrissy Luo is happy to have served on the Board of Trustees for years.

The Huntington
Founded in 1919 by Henry E. and Arabella Huntington, The Huntington supports research and promotes public engagement through its expansive library, art, and botanical collections. Chriss Luo has been an active member of the Board of Governors and delighted in helping to cultivate dynamic scholarship and supporting innovative programs for students and lifelong learners. The Huntington invites all on a journey of discovery, insight, and connection.

Exploratorium
The Exploratorium is a public learning laboratory which explores the world through science, art, and human perception. Their mission is to create inquiry-based experiences that transform learning worldwide. Their vision is a world where people think for themselves and can confidently ask questions, question answers, and understand the world around them.

Innovation in Education
By bridging the gap between experts in the field of education and local schools and also by making practical resources available, Shanda’s Founders hope to foster meaningful innovation in both teaching and learning models. Their support encompasses everything from elementary and secondary levels through to education at the undergraduate and graduate level.

Asian Pacific Islander Leadership Institute (APALI)
The Asian Pacific American Leadership Institute works to elevate the national standing of this community through civic training and leadership networking and by developing effective access, proper representation, meaningful presence, and influential participation in American political and civic life.
